  Now I know why I always stay at Choice Hotels. I booked a room for next weekend, a few days after booking the price dropped $40 for the same exact room. They would not honor it. Horrible customer service.

  Breakfast was good. Our sink was dirty and was clogged. It took two days before some one came to fixed it. The front desk ladies were nice.

  Staff did a terrible job, paid with points I was only supposed to pay $54 had a receipt that said it was paid but somehow they were allowed to take them off? Then I had to pay the two nights for the room which they said I’d get back and never did don’t waste your money here

  Best western of lake George we booked and a women by the name of Bri booked my mom a room for our family and booked a two queen beds and was told also they have a pull out couch bed - was all lied to it was a 2 double beds - all which was lied to and gave a hard time for same day refund - don’t believe what they tell you it’s all a lie and they cheat you and workers in their facility don’t know how to do their job - worst ever and never going to stay at lake George Best Western

  We had a two night stay in room #182. This may be the worst hotel I have ever visited. First night we had to walk to the front desk (phone to the desk is not available) and waited 20 minutes for someone to finally come out of the office to complain about the TV not working. Well the one employee that was working came about 20 minutes later to fix it. Next day we took a road trip and clearly left the tag on the door to make up the room. When we returned some eight hours later the room was not made up and making matters worse we had no clean towels. Once again walk to the front desk (and this was no short walk) to complain and the desk clerk said she would bring some towels which she did about a half hour later. The room itself was bare bones and for $225/ night I would expect better. I will say that the outdoor pool was very nice therefore the one star. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! As an update to this review I had to go thru expedia to get a refund and the hotel would not approve a refund or any for of credit compensation for the most horrible stay ever. You'll see some five star reviews here but I don't know what thise people are thinking this place will ruin yiur vacation.
