  Everything was an up charge from trying to arrive a half hour early 50$ to an extra cot for the room 15$. The coffee was horrible. I walked into the breakfast area 5 minutes after closing with people still sitting down and eating to grab a coffee and was asked to leave. Bed was loud and uncomfortable. Bathroom had prior tenants long hair on the wall. I usually really like BW’s but this one I wouldn’t recommend. Place was dirty the only good part was a few of the staff. No towels for anyone in the pool area.

  I've stayed here before but the quality and service has drastically gone down. When I asked for a cot, it was delivered without a critical piece that holds the bed, leading my baby to come crashing down. In the morning, although we arrived quite early, things were finished and not replenished or refilled. I'm writing about simple things such as cereal and bread. When checking out, I requested a one hour extension to my check out, something reasonably granted especially in non-busy hotels. However, the front desk was very rude and said I would automatically be charged, should I need an extra hour. All in all, this was a very bad experience and I will definitely be staying elsewhere next time I visit.

  I’ll start with the positives. This hotel is located right off the highway and very close to the town of Lake George. The woman working the breakfast in the morning was very kind and helpful. That’s it. As someone who travels frequently, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, which is ironic since it’s called the “Best” Western. The bedsheets were permanently stained. The pillows for a king-sized bed were the size of throw pillows. The bed itself was hard as a rock. The bathroom walls were absolutely covered in black mold and you can tell the shower has never seen a good scrubbing. There was trash on the floor and a hard candy got stuck to the bottom of my sock. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. To top it all off, the place wasn’t even cheap! Thankfully we only had to stay here one night while we waited for our much nicer hotel to become available the next night. Don’t be fooled by the name “best” western - this hotel is the WORST.

  Rented room 108 stayed with friends with 3 children for a weekend, great room the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi, and breakfast. The snacks in the welcome bag were a big hit. The rooms were clean, spacious and well decorated and very comfortable would recommend for families. The corridors were very quiet and the staff was great

  Rented room 102 for a weekend event I stay here almost exclusively. The location, cleanliness, hospitality and fantastic location make it a no brainer Raphiek at the front desk was beyond helpful answering questions and giving us information about local shops. The hotels amenities are second to none a beautiful indoor poor and jacuzzi, complimentary breakfast and by far the best welcome gift ever received full of snacks and water were such a nice way to start our trip 5 stars will return!!
