  No shower curtain in my room. Someone must have overlooked it. Plenty of breakfast choices, and places to sit.

  Location is pretty convenient to restaurants etc. Staff was kind and friendly. Rooms were surprisingly great and spacious for all 5 of us. Breakfast was delicious. You never know what you actually going to get having to book online because pictures can be deceiving. But we loved it during our long trip to New Orleans. We would definitely stay again. ♥️

  I have to be realistic with my ratings for the rooms and location because you get what you pay for. However, what made my stay memorable was the service from the moment I check- in, all the way until I checked-out of my room. I had a small inconvenience with my room and the room cleaning manger was able to rectify the situation immediately. I truly enjoyed my stay and loved the service.

  This hotel is in desperate need of a facelift! The rooms are adequate size but old, dank, and musty smelling. It seems as if the put new furniture into the rooms without installing new AC units, replacing the carpet or adding a fresh coat of paint. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping needs to step their game up - trash on the floor and hair all over the place! There are two hotels right next to this that are newer and updated. I would pick one of those on our next stay in Alexandria.

  The pool has been WAYY to much chlorine in it makes your hair fall out pls fix that now please or i will not recommend coming here until that’s fixed
