- AMAlexis ManleyAug 17, 20251.0I would not recommend staying at this Best Western Hotel. When I checked in, my tub had a brown ring, which was extremely unsettling. Maintenance came promptly to clean it, and they were very nice and helpful — but afterward, I saw bugs in the shower. The shower water was so hot it was nearly unusable, and the TV didn’t work at all during my stay. I mentioned all of these issues at checkout, but the front desk staff was dismissive and showed no concern. While maintenance was kind, the overall cleanliness and lack of basic functionality made this stay very disappointing. I would suggest choosing a different hotel in the area.

The representatives displayed a lack of knowledge of current events in the United States, which led me to believe that they may be outsourced from a foreign phone center. This unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. I also encountered a lack of empathy from the on-site staff, an elderly gentleman, who failed to attempt to rectify the situation after I canceled my five-night stay. I was disappointed that they did not even bother to ask or resolve the issue. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and will not be using this hotel in the future.

Power is still had to ask for a flashlight yet the “secure doors” are tapped open since they are electrically operated. Can’t speak to anyone at front desk At check in dried contact lenses stuck to my nightstand. Unprofessional and clean
