  Katie is a very professional front desk associate. Definitely a great asset to the company. Loved her bubbly energy! The maintenance man (starts with a F I believe) very nice and professional. Will be back again next year for sure!

  Roaches. I saw the live one size of a quarter on the fridge and he scattered off, couldn't get a photo, moved the fridge out and saw dead shells of cockroaches.

  Nice hotel right on the beach with many dining options within walking distance and also gift shops and ice cream shops just steps away.

  I was sceptical about booking this hotel seeing as it is a Best Western but was pleasantly surprised. It is right by the beach, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though limited in options, was good. There was always plenty of parking in the parking garage and compared to other oceanfront hotels nearby, was only $12/night. We also ended up with a partial ocean view from our balcony without paying the ocean view premium. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I took off 1 star due to the A/C unit being very loud and not doing enough to cool down the room. I can't imagine how hot the room would be if we had stayed here during the summer. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is very weak. Overall, this place gives you the best bang for your buck. I would definitely return.

  My husband and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. We loved the location. Steps from the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants. We had excellent service while staying here. Jaime, Melissa and Silvia and everyone were amazing. Clean rooms. Full breakfast with a lot of choices of food to eat. Parking is located underneath the building. Quiet at night. Comfy beds.
