  Lo primero que quiero acotar es que el personal de Muyyyyyy atento, son personas educadas y amables, hacen todo porque el cliente se sienta bien, se sienta en casa. Por el contrario el hotel esta demasiado deteriorado. Es normal al quedar en frente al Mar, pero para eso esta el personal de mantenimiento y el gerente del hotel, para estar pendiente de cada detalle. Cuando entramos la habitación olía horrible, el baño también. Tuve que ir a una tienda a comprar desinfectante y ambientador para la habitación y para lavar el baño. Al lado de una de las camas había un olor horrible. La alfombra estaba manchada, sucia. Al lado del mueble habia una mancha que se notaba que era una filtración, las cortinas estan bastante sucias. De verdad que no me gusto para nada. El desayuno es muy monótono, para estar 4 o 5 días desayunando lo mismo. El televisor es gigante, creo que es lo que vale más la pena de la habitación y por supuesto la vista es hermosa a pesar de que cuando fui estaba pasando un huracan por Carolina del Sur. No me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

  Moldy beds, our sheets had a large brown stain at the base, red stains in the carpet, our smoke free room smelt awful of cigarettes, sliding doors lock is rusted through, parking is not at the hotel it’s across a busy street, hot tub is also filled in. Sucks Best Western did not offer a full refund.

  Had a great stay at this hotel this weekend 10/4-10/5. Only item that needs attention, is a mattress replacement in room 315. Kind of worn out. Breakfast was good, and a shout out to the tiki-bar hostess Katherine. And thank you Dan for letting me stay in room a extra hour!

  The Rooms were ehh, sink propped up with aluminum stilts and one was very crooked. Toilet already had pee and rolled up toilet paper upon arrival and no need to set an alarm, room service will surly wake you up around 7am being loud and still asking after already told no thank you... No do not disturb hangers or soap and shampoo in room, and the coaxial cable for the Tv was ripped out of its connector. Two small 3 1/2 foot pools and a very small and dirty lazy river. The only thing that made this place stand Out is an older gentleman on night shift I believe his name was Alan "I may be wrong" but he did everything he could to help and was a very kind soul, If I were to return it would only be because of the old man at the counter.
