  I thought it booked the right days when I checked in,I had booked for next year 😆 Amber had heated is with a smile and some of the best customer service I have had in a hotel. She got me straight and rebooked and told me what I need to do. Had to call down for a question but I got another young lady named Stacy I believe. She answered my question as well with the same energy Amber gave. Was awesome!!!I Shall return maybe around Thanksgiving 😆 🤣 😂 I'm not cooking... again lol The others who worked the front desk were friend a well. Great staff and great customer service. Amber weber had suggestions on places to eat. ❤️❤️❤️

  The hotel was alright. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming. The hairdryer in my room was not working. Good room cleaning service.

  People really do have the lowest of standards. I guess its my fault for booking at a best western and expecting anything better. I called the city on these guys due to unsafe room conditions. There was sharp metal sticking up from the floor. They refused to do anything besides move me to a lesser room or the same substandard suite type room. The beds were hard as a rock and the couch had a lot of stains on it. The GM was pleasant enough but unhelpful. I generally only deal with Hilton and Marriott because they have to answer to their corporate offices. The corporate office was unhelpful and seemed to be at the hotels mercy. we ended up leaving and losing the money for the second night and just going to a better hotel.
