- MEMary EicherOct 26, 20255.0Could not be more pleased with our 2 day stay. Dennis at the check in desk has an amazing personality and went out of his way to accommodate us. The shower is the best ever with no slip floor which is important to us old people. Will continue to stay at Best Westerns!! Breakfast exceeded all other lodging we’ve stayed at, absolutely awesome! The hostess there was super efficient; all food was hot and fresh.
- PDPeyton DeLoachOct 23, 20251.0Hotel was very run down. Looks NOTHING like the images. Our first room had ROACHES EVERYWHERE. We notified the lady at the desk and were moved down the hall. Searched all around that night, didn’t see more so we stayed. When we woke up, we noticed at least 4 crawling around. We notified the front desk again and they told us there’s nothing they can do. We called the booking company (we booked 3rd party) and they would only give us a 20% refund because we stayed and didn’t take pictures. No one told us to take photos, but why should we have to?? Who lies about roaches?? Will never stay here again nor would I recommend to anybody. Disgusting.
- JMJames MorganOct 22, 20251.0Idk where to start . Very rude staff . The whole 1st floor smells like some kind of chemical .I have found 5 small roaches in room 124 . When asked for a remote to change the input on the TV for my son the old lady laughed and said the remote u have is he original TV remote but its clearly not . This hotel by far is the worse hotel I've been too. Shower door don't close wifi is slow can't even connect a cell phone . People need to be held accountable for this filth .

I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
