- KBKristy BrabawOct 17, 20252.0Used to love this hotel. No longer have coffee pots in room, bed was not very comfortable and did not have a blanket/comforter on the bed just used several sheets. Did not clean my room and had to ask for towels. Refrigerator was turned all the way down and froze my sodas and coffee creamer. price was not lowered to reflect not offering as many services.

No coffee ready at breakfast- we were in a hurry and it took too long to make coffee. The hair dryer in room handle was gummy and dirty with sticky gunk. The pool was closed because of no heat. The amenities went down. Didn’t offer body wash. This property ha s gone down immensely. We had to wait for breakfast to be replenished
