- AJArianna JamesJun 30, 20251.0Upon arrival I was given a key to a room that was still dirty, however I will say the lady up front was apologetic and gave us a key to another room within minutes. Unfortunately, the room had mold in the vents. Saw 1 large and 1 small roach in the bathroom. The toilet seat had old paint on it that was peeling off. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. The towels were thin and stained, we went to Walmart to get towels. Won’t stay here again.
- NCNikki ClantonMay 17, 20252.0Got charged twice for our room, Only had 2 bath towels for 2 adults and 2 children and when I asked the housekeeper for more she stated she didn’t have any more, so later in the evening I asked the lady at the front desk and she was very rude about it and said they can’t afford to put 4 in each room!! Most of the staff were extremely rude except 2 front desk ladies and I can’t remember their names. After checking out and getting half way home I finally got the money back for the second charge of our room. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom floors are very slippery.
