- KBKaSean Ballou3 days ago5.0Best western has been excellent to my girlfriend and I. They are very clean and professional. Safe location and the parking is very expanded with much room for bigger vehicles. Krishna has been an excellent front desk worker. He has great customer service skills and always listens to my concerns and questions. He isn't lazy or with a bad work ethic attitude. Compared to most places, this has been the best so far.
- JJJohnOct 12, 20251.0When we got to the room, there were dead bugs all over the floor. The picture on the wall was full of black mold. Our blanket had abunch of pee stains on it. We asked to switch it out and the new one had blood stains. 2 more tries and we finally had a clean blanket. At the breakfast buffet there was a cockroach on the fruit. We were also on the ground floor, i checked the windows and they were unlocked. So if I didn’t check, anyone could’ve got into our room. Extremely poor experience
