This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in there were bed bugs they switched me rooms I'm not even sure there weren't any in there but I was so tired I had to stay the manager there was very short with me unprofessional I watched the way she talked to her employees and it was less than adequate let me just say that

The smell of wet dog was incredibly intense. It was hard to sleep because of the smell. Overall, the room was run down. The door looked like it had either been chewed up or was just so old that it was peeling apart.

We came to town for the Spirit of Halloweentown and this hotel fit our needs perfectly. The parking lot is small and parking was not ideal at all hours, but it worked. I also didn't see it noted anywhere while booking that it's two stories with no elevator. We do have some medical conditions and recent surgeries in our family, but it ended up working out as it's juat one flight of stairs (though that may not work for some). I've never seen a hotel decorate so much for Halloween thst doesn't host a specific themed event. It was really fun to see how much effort was put into it, my kids loved it.
The breakfast area was neat, clean and tables well spaced. It also offered several breakfast options with some items changing daily. The pool/spa were small, but clean, though few seating options.
Overall, it was clean and convenient and we were happy with our stay.

We stayed here while visiting Saint Helens for the Spirit of Halloweentown festival, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
When we first arrived, the key to our room wouldn’t work. After some back-and-forth, it turned out the room had already been given to someone else. When my key finally worked, I opened the door to find someone else’s clothes and belongings scattered around—not a great first impression.
The hot tub was another letdown. I had bought a swimsuit just to use it, only to find out it’s always kept cold, making it a waste of money. The room itself felt damp, smelled musty, and the in-unit AC/heater didn’t help. The beds were very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs through the mattress. The shower didn’t drain properly, and to make it worse, the shower curtain was way too long. It floated in the standing water and wrapped around you as you showered, which was gross.
Breakfast was also a disappointment, with powdery eggs and imitation bacon. The ice machine wasn’t working either, so the staff had to give us bags of ice. To top it off, there’s no elevator, meaning we had to lug our bags up a flight of stairs.
The only positive was the Halloween décor, which was festive and fun for the season. Other than that, I can’t recommend this hotel and would look elsewhere next time.
