    From a professional standpoint, you should fire your front desk agent. Don't ever answer the phone, "hello." You work for a hotel and you are part of customer service. You are representing everybody that has a job in customer service, not just front desk hotel agent. You should be answering the phone "Thank you for calling Best Western in Tahlequah. How may I help you?" Someone like the front desk agent is not going to last in hotel service for another year because there is no sense of professionalism whatsoever. Time to get another job because you suck at yours.
