  Everything was mostly fine. I reserved online. Check in timeframe was reasonable. The room was clean. The air conditioner in my room was a bit weak. It just never really cooled the room or removed the humidity. The shower head was odd. It had a setting that sprayed pretty hard with narrow distribution and then it had other settings that all seemed really weak. The breakfast options were a little sparse compared to other hotels in the area. For instance, there was a waffle machine, but no butter (just a whipped vegetable oil spread, but no actual butter). But, maybe you just get what you pay for? The room rate was pretty good and I would likely book this hotel again despite some of these minor issues.

  Me and my wife come from Dallas to visit every week-end & we love this hotel..The hotel rooms are big and the bed is huge. The shower is perfect & we've never had issues with no hot water or water pressure. What we love also is that every time we come there is no one in the pool. So we totally love that. I mean I'm sure we could find another hotel with as much privacy. But what we can't find any where else is the customer service. We always arrive in the evening around 7ish. I don't know the front dest Girl in the front desk, but she is the absolute sweetest and most helpful person that I have ever met. Me and my wife absolutely love her. We come visit our daughter which lives in kingsville. That's like 45 minutes from the hotel. I'm pretty sure we can find another hotel in the actual town. But we won't go anywhere else. Because she is such a beautiful person and employee. You can't just find that anywhere. I really hope that management reads this because they have an awesome employee & a one of a kind person working for them. As long as she works there we will keep choosing to stay there, even if the drive to my daughters apt is 45 minutes away. As I said I don't know the girls name but she always works at night and she's I believe from India. Where she is from is not important, but I just don't want her confused for another worker. Because last week we were going to pay for another day and the woman that was there during the day was quite the opposite! She was snarky and she was over charging us by a lot. The night we stayed at the hotel we payed 114$ which was well worth it. And that Mexican lady on day shift tried charging us 245$ for 1 night. We knew she was trying to rip is off so we just ended up leaving. I just wish the other young lader would work day and night lol. She is such a sweet heart!!

  Booked a quick overnight stay. The hotel and rooms had a very unpleasant smell to it. We were not expecting a five star hotel, but I feel like this was still below what was expected. We mainly stayed here for the complimentary breakfast in the morning, and unfortunately that was a let down. Not a lot of variety, the eggs made me gag, the bacon looked soggy (not sure how that’s possible but I didn’t eat it), the yogurt dispenser they had tasted absolutely disgusting, and overall I don’t feel like they kept the station fresh with food / came by often to make sure it remained clean during serving time. This is suitable if you’re looking for a last minute place to stay, otherwise I’d recommend checking other local options as this was disappointing.

  I always stay here for work. But at night it's been quiet, I've had no trouble staying here. The rooms are clean and they've always tried to accommodate me. There's a restaurant next door I can walk to after a long day at work. The up keep is very good here and the staff is friendly

  Customer service was good, specifically Ramya's. She was always welcoming. My only complaint about the service is that during three of the weeks I stayed, they activated the card for just a day, which was very inconvenient. Having to go all the way to the room and then having to go downstairs again for them to activate the card again was a hassle. If they knew we were staying for a whole week, why didn't they activate the card for that same length of time? Other than that, nothing major when it comes to their customer service. The majority of the rooms lacked cleanliness. Sheets, curtains, and carpet were dirty. In 3 out of the 6 rooms I stayed in, roaches, ants, and spiders were found. The parking lot is too small and sometimes hard to find a slot. The pool was out of service the only time I planned to use it. If you really need to have some rest, ensure you request a room facing the back (pool side) as the front-facing rooms are loud with the highway being next to it. My job was the one who made the reservations, but if it was under my choice, I wouldn't stay there anymore. Cleanliness is key when it comes to a hotel room; there is too much room to work on it.
