- JRJuan Ramirez4 days ago1.0Highly advice you to stay in the comfort in across the road. This place was filled with roaches. Every time I turned on the lights in the restroom I would always see 7 or more roaches. I had enough when I woke up to roaches crawling on me in bed, and went to the comfort in. They made it seem like it was just a plumbing issue, but I know it’s not normal to invite roaches to the sheets.

Sunny at the front desk was extremely helpful in correcting a mistake that I had made during the reservation process. I would highly recommend this Best Western Hotel.

We canceled our reservation and the refunded- the only reason service is getting two stars. They need an exterminator and better cleaners.
