- OPOlga Pak3 days ago2.0We stayed at this hotel and overall the experience was disappointing. We paid extra for late check-out, but in the morning staff still came into our room while we were at the pool, and reception later called not knowing about our late check-out. The room was not very clean, just acceptable, and when we first entered it smelled strongly of chlorine. Breakfast was average with less variety than in other hotels. The pool was clean, which was a positive point. This hotel might work if you just need a place to sleep for one night, but it’s not the best choice for a comfortable or relaxing stay.
- KLKianna Leigh4 days ago2.0I've enjoyed my stays at Best Western but unfortunately this stay was not the best. In our room the AC couldn't keep temp and was super noisy! Also there was a light we couldn't turn off that was right over the bed. It had a bright mode or dim mode but no OFF. Neither my husband or I could sleep so we ended up leaving at 2am. Side note, the dump truck also arrived to take the trash at this hour. Which made us think someone was banging around the dumpster.

- POPaige OppSep 6, 20251.0Had to deal with the smoke detector beeping throughout my birthday stay. Talked to the front desk about it multiple times and they said that someone came up and fixed it twice but it was never fixed. Asked for a room change and they said they couldn't because they were booked up but then they suddenly had an opening as soon as another desk person arrived. They are severely understaffed and those who are there are undertrained (the poor woman working the night shift by herself accidentally called the police, who showed up, and had to dig around for remote controls because they were missing from rooms). Literally all that needed to be done was a battery change but that was apparently too difficult to manage over two days.
- CPChristian PeeverAug 25, 20255.0Very nice room. Clean and smelled refreshing. Looks to be recently remodeled? Anyways, one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in and was roughly 100$ as a member. Gal at the front desk was also super nice and helpful. Definitely a relief after an annoying day and getting out of the heat.
