The room exceeded our expectations. The jacuzzi was in its own room with another TV and chairs for lounging. It was very clean and quiet. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little difficult, but not to bad. A fantastic stay.

Awesome location, just 12 mins from Mohegan Sun. Hotel was renovated, room was up to date and very clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and reason I took points away from the review, is that the bathroom reeked of sewer. Even after running sink, shower and flushing the toilet, the smell of sewer was overwhelming. We closed the bathroom door to keep the smell away from the bedroom overnight but that actually made things worse as in the AM, the smell of sewer took over the entire room. Breakfast was ok, waffle and yogurt machine were perfect. No bacon or sausage available and eggs were processed and probably from a frozen box… Ended up going elsewhere for bfast after a waffle. Would not return or stay here again bc of sewer smell alone.

MAKE SURE YOU READ MY REVIEW! I wrote the following right after we stayed here, BUT then the hotel responded with their summary below. DON'T be fooled! We had our booking company call the hotel TWICE and the hotel REFUSED to do anything about it. They had no intention of doing what they said below, so that's why I wrote the review. THEN, I looked at another review a week before mine, and they said the hotel was broken EVEN THEN! I am sure they had chatGPT write a nice response so I would go away and make it look like they were going to do something, but no one thought I would get back on and revise my review. Here was my original review: So last night we stayed at this hotel after booking a handicap accessible room. We got there at about 7:30 at night but when we checked in they notified us that the elevator wasn't working and the first floor was really the second floor, the floor right above the check-in area. Needless to say, we couldn't carry 2-40 lb bags up a flight of stairs to check into a handicap room. Thank God we weren't in a wheelchair or had a severe disability. What would they even have done then? Honestly what if I had not been handicapped and I got a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and had to carry all my bags up that many stairs? I would imagine those people would have been furious as well. When we got to the room it was clean and for the most part looked nice like they had done a fairly decent remodel job and most things were looking new However, the bathroom counter was teeny tiny. Other than the sink, there was nowhere to put your things or get your hair ready or anything, but there was a huge space there that could have been used for a countertop that they left blank and it looked really strange. The front desk notified us that they would let us know when the elevator wears working, which they never did because apparently it still wasn't working this morning. My husband had to go down to the car and pull out the clothes and accessories that we wanted for the next day and carry them up separately since we couldn't lug The suitcases up the stairs. First of all how are they checking in people into handicap accessible rooms, when the room is up a flight of stairs and no elevator access? Seems to be a big problem to me. Secondly, we never could get the AC to work. Thank God it wasn't the middle of summer. The bed/pillows were so soft and super uncomfortable. It all felt very cheap.
It has the potential of being a nice place to stay but honestly it was a very bad experience. We called the company we booked with but the hotel was unwilling to do anything about it.
