  I have to write a review on Best Western Hotel San Francisco.This hotel is outstanding in customer services, cleanliness, and breakfast services. The only thing missing is the vending machine. They supposed to have that for customers that might like to buy snacks or bottle water. I will surely come back here if I am to visit again. Thank you very much.

  I had government id that was expired a few months ago. Thursday 3pm, The receptionist didn't accept it. Very inconvenient and this guy was treating as if this place is high government security place . All other places including hyatt accept. They don't have a manager to talk to. The receptionist refunded the money I booked through third party.

  Everything it’s good but they stolen all my tools from the parking lot so be careful if you work on construction

  First thing I noticed as I walked into my room was the stench. It was an overwhelming smell that stayed in the room the whole time I was there. The restroom in the lobby was disgusting and had urine all over the floor and toilet seat.

  This hotel is absolutely disgusting! There were cockroaches, and a strong smell of urine so intense that it made it impossible to sleep. For the price, I wasn’t expecting a 5-star hotel, but at the very least I expected it to be clean. I don’t know who they have doing the cleaning, but they are doing a horrible, terrible, and mediocre job.
