  We did have to request a new room when we got there. The second room was great! They couldn't take cash without holding an extra $250 in cash plus the cost of the room. The customer service was outstanding! The location was very hard to get to. Had to drive through several parking lots of other businesses to get to it. Over all our stay was great! Very pet friendly!

  The people are so nice and very helpful. The front desk was great. We also encountered and black lady that I believe was head of housekeeping, we had one little issue and she made everything better. She promised to take care of everything and she did. She was awesome so we gave her a bug tip. Also the young lady who took care of the kitchen in the mornings she was awesome, friendly and just made everything worth wild. Had a great stay. We stay here everything we come to town.

  I don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Maybe the people that have a good experience aren't leaving one. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and they have a nice breakfast. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. Bonus points for having makeup remover wipes in the bathroom, I always forget mine. I would stay here again.
