  Checked in yesterday. The room is very nice, but there is no safe in the room, even though the poster on the table specifies that every room has a safe. The breakfast was something else. There were waffles and bagels, no ham, no cheese, no nothing. Barely any butter. And to top it all off, we had to use plastic knives and forks together with cardboard plates. This is so disappointing considering this is a best western hotel, you expect to get more to choose from during breakfast than a dry bagel, waffles and eggs/bacon.

  Freundlicher Empfang, tolle Anlage, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Zimmer gute Aufteilung, sauber und groß. Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Zugang zum Pool. Frühstück am Pool, dadurch bisschen beengt, aber tolle Idee.

  Acceuil merveilleux. Chambre bien équipé. Super buffet au petit déjeuner. A quelques minutes en voiture de la plage.

  Debo decir que por mas que quisiera dejar un buen review no puedo, no me gusta dejarle malas reseñas a nadie pero hay casos que son necesarios para obligar a las empresas a mejorar. Me hospede recientemente en este hotel con mi esposo e hija... la chica de la recepción nos asignó una habitación y cuando llegamos y abrimos resulta que habían otros huéspedes dentro, tremenda pena que pasamos con estas personas ( lo mas impactante fue que esos huéspedes nos dijeron que a ellos les había pasado exactamente lo mismo, fueron a una primera habitación y ya estaba ocupada por otras personas, nos regresamos a la recepción y nos asignan otra habitación, llegamos a la habitación y resulta que no la habian arreglado aún, la papelera del baño esta llena todavía y el piso del baño tenía una mancha asquerosa, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba por mas que tratamos de encenderlo, la habitación estaba caliente, nos regresamos nuevamente a la recepción y nos volvieron a asignar pero esta vez nos mejoraron tal vez la chica apenada por todas las peripecias que nos hizo pasar ( ya que las 2 primeras habitaciones quedaban re-lejos, hacia las últimas habitaciones del hotel y nosotros andábamos para arriba y para abajo con el equipaje) en fin la última asignación fue mucho mejor pero debo decir que se nota que no las limpian bien, se siente el ambiente sucio, empolvado, habian 3 televisores y solo 1 funcionaba! No todas las lámparas de las habitaciones encendian, y las toallas del baño no se veían muy limpias aunque no olían mal. Aunque al final nos dieron una habitación mejor debo decir que NO volveré a hospedarme en este hotel ya que este tipo tipo de problemas al parecer suele ser recurrente, hay mucha desorganizacion.

  Beautifully kept grounds. Room was a struggle actually had to switch rooms on return for 10pm from Miami because microwave didn’t work, bathtub was clogged and the sheet on the pullout was dirty. Moved rooms and the room was perfect except there was no pull out. We only stayed one night but it was annoying the kids caught for two hours of who would get the bigger couch. Kitchenettes are beautiful and so spacious. Staff is Amazingly helpful and even went as far as checking in an apologizing when the challenges happened. Overall a beautiful location , centrally located huge breakfast by the pool.
