    Hotel room was very clean. It was priced well. Breakfast was good. The only issue i had was when i checked in i was not told about a pet fee. Nor was i charged. Upon checking out i was told that i had to pay 20 dollar pet fee. I dont understand why that would not have been charged while checking in.

    If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Started off that the room i reserved through hotels.com was canceled. I had no idea because I never received any notice. The woman at the front desk kept asking me for my name but couldn't find anything. It was annoying. Then her manager comes back and tells me my reservation was canceled. Couldn't tell me when or why. Just canceled. Prints out something that looks like he typed it up himself that just said when I booked it, my name, and the word canceled in a box. I then call hotels.com who says THEY did not cancel my reservation, but BEST WESTERN THEMSELVES canceled. So basically they took my money, canceled my reservation for NO reason, and wouldn't reimburse me. It felt super sketchy, especially no offer of a refund. The guy at the desk just sayt there like there was NOTHING HE COULD DO and just headlight me and act like I was the issue. This was sketchy as hell. Especially since the customer service at hotels.com told me MY RESERVATION WITH THEM IS VALID AND THEY HAD NO IDEA MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELED AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHY. This place will swindle you, take your money, and not reimburse you. And yes I would still like my REFUND for canceling my room for no reason but still taking my money.
