Sort of dog friendly, the free breakfast was gluten-free friendly, loved the mini omelet s, sausage and yogurt machine. Excellent location. We were forced to change rooms which I was unhappy about, and the night prior to leaving the ceiling was leaking and dripping water onto one of the beds.
Zero stars. When you first walk in it feels like you got a staph infection. Rooms are disgusting, breakfast is horrible. Building is way too old, they need to renovate. Bathrooms are tiny and smelly.
Eva was so professional and helpful!

The hotel’s location is its highest point, and the employees are friendly and receptive. However, the rooms are quite disappointing. In my room, the AC was not working, and it was scorching hot that day. The Wi-Fi was also non-existent, and my TV was not connected to it, so I couldn’t watch anything.
As others have mentioned in the comments, you get what you pay for.
Best Western Inn Naperville is one of the best hotels in the area! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff (Bryle) was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in easy. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff went above and beyond — even letting our family gather in the breakfast area late at night to catch up. That kind of hospitality is rare. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel near downtown Naperville with exceptional service, this is it!
