  The room really wasn't as clean as the room in Asheville. Towels were kind of dingy, and some were stained. Place really needs to be updated.

  On a very busy street with lots of road noise. But the biggest issue was the worst WiFi I have ever experienced while staying at a Best Western. I was repeatedly told by the front desk that the internet service provider was working on the issue, but after a several day pre-booked stay, the WiFi was virtually non existent. Is it too much to ask for properly functioning WiFi when lodging away from home? One of the staff indicated that the WiFi had aways been poor at the hotel, and they just use the excuse that the ISP was working on the issue as a cover story.

  Really really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was in order. Great for the price. Denise at the front desk was very helpful!

  Breakfast was extremely limited! Every day they would be out of eggs or breakfast meats. Plain white bread for toasting. Micro muffins. Small yogurt. Juice and coffee plentiful. Oh and they charged $2 for a bottle of water. What a profit! Need new towels. Must be new management. Giving Best Western a bad name.
