  I usually seek out hotels like this where they're at the end of a street and there's nothing really else around them in this case there's only a few fast food restaurants and small stores at the end of the street where the hotel is at and if you go to the other end of the street of course there's the hotel all by itself normally nice quiet quaint kind of in the back of a cul-de-sac all by itself it's what I love the only reason this is four stars is because the freeway is literally right next to the hotel like I'm talking when you're looking at the gate at the edge of the hotel the freeway is you could reach out and probably touch some of the cards on the freeway lol so the location isn't perfect even though I like secluded hotels like this that aren't right smack dab in the middle of a busy street and cars whizzing by all the time which makes it a lot easier for criminals to come in and out because there's a lot of traffic for here you're more isolated and if someone's coming in it's either they are staying at the hotel or they're not and they shouldn't be coming in. That being said though i was on more or less the other side of the hotel that's further away from the freeway so I couldn't really hear anything. That being said I did hear the cars when I was on the balcony but hey how many hotels have an actual balcony that you can walk out on like an apartment so i can't complain about hearing some traffic on the freeway because it was just nice having a balcony to be able to stand out or bring a chair and sit out and just enjoy the views . The room was nicely priced and I got the one that has the separate living room with the fridge and microwave it was clean everything worked good the AC looks a little old and outdated but you know what it gave Ice Cold Air so I can't complain about that either everything was great

  Hospitality at its finest. Lena has taken care of all my concerns and requests, the manger has been the best at his job making sure everyone feels at home. I couldn't of asked for a better environment to relax...

  Our stay here was nice. The housekeeping lady was very attentive and nice. Front desk was very kind too. This place must of been newly remodeled, very clean place. The Jacuzzi was in its on separate area away from the pool area, and its surrounded with beautiful plants. The pool and Jacuzzi are very clean. Theres a small pond, which is really cute. The room we got was a standard King. Very big room. Big enough for both our mountain bikes. They have fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Now let me tell you about the bed!! Horrible bed. Like a rock. One of my pillows was like crumbled paper towels. Horrible. The linens were clean, the room smelled fresh and clean. I believe the walls are kind of thin because you can hear easily out side. But I give this place a 3.5 star because of the bed. Oh and the door to the room needs repair, its very hard to shut. So dont stay in room 103.

  Best Western Corporate informed me that the front desk had cancelled my reservation in the system, but still charged me. Please see the attached rodent violation for this hotel. There was a roach in the bathroom picture in our room. The health inspector should be interested in the attached photos. I wish I had read the review before our stay. This is an unsafe dirty hotel, confirmed by other reviews. The front desk had no other rooms available, and the one they gave us was filthy. They advised we could either have it cleaned or leave and be refunded within seven business days. We chose to leave immediately. The mattress had stains everywhere, there were bugs in the bathroom, the shower, and the toilet was dirty. We didn't even put our bags down. We were never refunded and we never stayed in the room. The manager called almost a month late, saying the room was clean and we used it. We never used the room, it was dirty before our stay. We are extremely disappointed in Best Western. We've used their hotels all over the country and have never had an experience like this before. The general manager/ owner has the worst customer service. They will steal your money, beware.
