  (3.25 stars) We stayed here for three nights and found it to be a somewhat mixed bag. If nothing else, Best Western Mill River Manor is convenient. It's located right across from a train station, and there are a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. in walking distance. Staff were also nothing but kind and courteous. Though renovated in recent years, this is an older motel (all rooms accessible only from outside), which makes the nightly rate seem like a reach. However, factor in free breakfast, free parking, and the aforementioned location, and it becomes more palatable. Our room was clean, and, thankfully, everything worked as intended. Between random sirens and people walking around outside all the time, it wasn't exactly a quiet stay, but that was to be expected. Be forewarned that the beds here run firm, which may make sleeping difficult if you're used to a softer mattress. Overall, Best Western Mill River Manor served our needs. It's unlikely to impress you, but if you're simply looking for a place to lay your head that isn't incredibly sketchy, it will fit the bill.

  Motel style, deck access accommodation. Ample parking, although not secure. Rooms fairly basic, but beds very comfortable. Room serviced and clean sheets every day. Breakfast adequate, but not the best. Most obvious failing is plastic knives, forks and spoons!

  This hotel is nomal like anothers hotels in NYC. It still new york is new york no one perfect and no complain it. Good positive?: breakfast, clear room for bed / sink / shower / toilet / floor, outside parks area, and lobby/business meeting room. But what about bad negative? Then looking at my pictures...

  We had our engagement party here last night in the Crystal Room. We had around 50 people, which the room perfectly accommodated. The menu was extensive and the food we selected was excellent! The cake was amazing! Our guests loved the top-shelf alcohol selection, plus the special-request piña coladas we had! Speakers were excellent for our music, the tables were big and uncramped, and there was a nice sized dance floor! The staff was incredibly nice, and helpful; they get 5 stars on their own! I definitely recommend this as a party venue!! The rooms are expensive, but the event space is so worth it! You won't be sorry! Call and ask for Terry! 😀
