  We chose this hotel because my husband has to work at this area from Monday to Thursday. So we just wanted to try it out first. I arrived the hotel at 2.52pm per GPS. Parking lot was pretty empty. The front desk staff who was sitting there looked at me without saying anything. So I said I was here to check in. She said the check in started at 3, have a seat. I went outside to tell my husband to unload. We sat there for a few minutes and then she called us to check in. While she explained the hotel policy, I moved my eyes around because my contact lenses were dry. The front desk staff who now declared herself as a GM finally stood up for the first time, she was mad because she thought I rolled my eyes while she was talking so she canceled my reservation. I thought it was such an odd process for a staff to do this so I didn't bother to explain anyway. A few hours later, I found out that she didn't cancel my reservation. So I called Best Western to take care. Tips if you are dying to stay here: 1. Greeting to the GM politely and have good eye contact with her. 2. Pay attention while she is explaining the "hotel policy " 3. Don't show up before 3 pm sharp because the hotel policy said the room status will be updated at 3pm. And she won't check it with the housekeeping. 4. Pre paid through the 3rd party such as expedia or hotels.com so it will be hard for her to cancel. Good luck.

  Great service let's start there. The manager Latoya she is super at her job she got me checked in and into a room with a pool view. She gave me some info about the area as well as the standard hotel breakfast and pool hrs. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a pool view so you can't beat that. The bathroom is a good size I would just say the shower area may need a refresh as it has the plastic insert floor that no matter how much you clean it over time and use still looks a little iffy. The location is convenient as you are next to a shopping plaza that has a movie theater and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Walmart, Target, a Post office and a ton of other stores and restaurants are all with in two mile drive or less. The pool was clean and comfortable. It's not huge and it doesn't have a hot tub but it's nice for a dip to escape the heat or just to relax. The breakfast could be better but it's free so that an added value. The biscuits were good and they also had a do it yourself waffle station in addition to cereal, oatmeal, fruit, eggs and turkey sausage links along with juice, milk and coffee. If you're looking for a decent, quiet stay I recommend this hotel it's a great value.

  DO NOT RENT AT THIS HOTEL!!! the people there are horrible and called the police on me because I had accidentally booked a room for 11am and it was 1am in the morning. I was sitting in the lobby to wait for my room and the front desk people called the police on me for no reason i was not causing a disturbance or anything they just wanted to be rude. I had asked if i can rent another room for the few hours i was waiting and they lied and said they were all sold out. after they called the cops on me i called and pretended to be someone else and there was rooms still available. i didn’t go back at 11am and they never issued me a refund. horrible service they are horrible mean people go anywhere else the neighborhood isn’t good either it’s right next to section 8 so there’s so much crime in that area.

  The workers were really nice. The hotel is dated but the rooms are a good size. Breakfast was ok but did not look welcoming. I came down around 10 minutes before closing and all the eggs and sausage was gone. A couple of us waited to see if the gentleman was going to put some more out but he never did. That was a first for me when having breakfast at the hotels.
