    Hot tub and pool are literally falling apart. Our room was really bright at night and lacked most toiletries. But it was modern and comfy. Breakfast was good, but the waffle station was broken. Overall, hotel was fine, but it seems like management are making some poor decisions and cutting corners badly.

    Costomer service is terrible we left our phone in our room and when we realized it was lost we checked it on our find my phone app so then we called the hotel to ask them if they and they told me no one has cleaned the room yet and the cleaning staff left for they and said to call back the next day. Then I called back the guy put me on hold for less then a minute and then told me no one found the phone and as I explained the phone was there based on the location and he said we'll you come here and find it and hung up on me. WE KNOW IT IS IN THE HOTEL THE GPS SINGLE IS SO PRECISE IT SHOWS THE PIN EXACTALY WHERE OUR ROOM IS IN THE HOTEL. I AM 100 PERCENT SURE THE CLEANING STAFF DID NOT TURN IN THE PHONE LIKE THEY SHOULD AND YOU GUYS DID NOT TRY TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO RETURN IT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT CARE. THE POLICE EVEN SAID THAT THE PIN SHOWED THE LOCTION OF OUR ROOM SO THERE STILL IS TIME TO RETURN THIS PHONE TO OUR FAMILY OR WE WILL ENSURE NO ONE WE KNOW STAYS IN ANY BEST WESTERN AGAIN.

    Rooms were nice, clean. Only problem is the beds are really tall. Hard for a short person to climb into bed.

    Booked online and ultimately my route changed so I needed to cancel. Requested a cancellation online 2 full days before my booking and they refused to cancel. Called the hotel and they hung up on me the first time. Called back and the guy said that since it was prepaid they wouldn’t refund me. Under 24 hours I can understand but 2 full days before the booking is absurd.

    **biggest issue a front desk employee provided a key to an unknown person while we where visiting kings island. When we returned from the park we found our door was slightly open. Entered the room to find our son’s iPad and bag was missing. They contacted the cleaning staff ect to play pass the blame for a good 45 mins repeatedly wanting to go up to the room where my kids and wife are now sleeping (returned from park 1245am so all desk interaction was 1250-130am). Other families where check in between his phone calls to management in where an individual came down and said he lost his key to room xxx in which they didn’t check ID or nothing just made a key and handed it over after asking if it was policy to check id he just stumbled over his words. The I pad and bag were never recovered. Received a call today that an iPad was found in the parking lot but it didn’t match the description he had so I don’t believe it’s ours. Contacting ownership and filing report with local PD.
