- CRChris Rosso6 days ago4.0Nice location just north of the Sturgeon Bay town center. Good value and they put work into the fully stocked & free continental breakfast bar in the morning - many options! Also has an indoor pool and a comfy seating area in the lobby in front of a fire place.
- JHJessica HinkleOct 25, 20251.0Would not stay here again and ruined my perception of Best Westerns. We walked into our room and immediately noticed a musty smell. The room was very dirty and we found hair on the shower walls that was not ours. Within an hour of being in the room, we saw numerous cockroaches and other bugs. When I explained to the front desk and asked for a new room, she either didn’t believe me or didn’t care. Luckily we got a new room and didn’t notice bugs. We could not get out of there quicker. Pay more to stay elsewhere!

I booked a room with a king size bed well in advance of our stay. When we arrived I was told they didn't have any king size beds. They put us in a dirty room with 2 queen size beds...Not what we wanted. It was very unpleasant dealing with the manager at this Best Western. I am extremely disappointed that Best Western would allow their staff and managers to behave the way they did. All around negative experience putting Best Western right up there with bad hotels like Motel 6. Shame on them.
- BAbeverly archerOct 13, 20251.0The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, there were cob webs in the corners, there were other peoples left over dirty socks by the beds, I stayed here 2 days, with my husband and his cousin, my husband got a stomach virus, and had the most smelliest bowel movements ever imaginable, and we all had to smell the stench, because the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, I also complained about the exhaust fan not working, the front desk said they'd let someone know about it, but, it was never fixed..
