  Very good property and really enjoyed our stay , breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our stay because there was a bilingual stuff they were really good in help housekeeping stuff was awesome we didn't have to ask anything

  Very good property to stay on beautiful rooms.Upgraded rooms with netflix and youtube.We really enjoyed our stay using the technology.Love the big rooms that they have.The amenities were perfect.The breakfast was really good.The housekeeping services were provided daily.That was plus the rate was also reasonable.We love to come back to stay at your property.Thank you, best western staff.You never let me down

  Update: Jay Patel never responded to me, but responded to BW Rewards and offered me a whole 5.00 for my troubles(1,000 points=Five dollars). Here's a tip for Rewards Memebers, call the 800 number and they will offer you 10,000 points. Still not nearly enough to book a room but better then nothing. No more Best Western for me this brand is Garbage. FILTH. Floors were beyond dirty, no sweeping and obviously no mopping. Bedding had black specks like pepper? Tub clogged immediately. Hairs EVERYWHERE. Pubic hair on bath towels. I had to use my tee shirt to dry off. Table tops and coffee station full of dust, luckily I travel with lysol wipes and lint rollers. I slept covered from head to toe literally. Wore a hoodie to bed to cover my head. Didn't want to risk getting any bugs on me. Lights are strange, bad lighting. Then to top it all off, this is a Party hotel. They do not enforce no party policy so someone nearby had their own speakers and played club music with heavy base untill 1 am. Sounded like a bar/nightclub. People hanging out outside rooms, talking Loudly all night. I had a rewards member rate at 175.00. I was promised a refund but that I had to talk to manager Jay. It's been a week. NO RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. No one at desk has the "authority " to assist guests except the manager Jay I was told. And he is not there on weekends or available on weekdays. This might be the last Best Western I ever stay at. I'm a diamond select memeber with points to use, after that, I'm done. Not a good brand. Especially for the high rates!!! I've stayed at hotels for half the price that were spotless.

  Das Hotel ist grundsolide, liegt jedoch abseits, insbesondere wenn man Monterey besichtigen möchte. Die Zimmer sind recht dunkel und die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Dennoch kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen, wenn man ohnehin viel unterwegs ist und das Hotel hauptsächlich zum Schlafen und Frühstücken nutzt. Das Frühstück ist, wie in anderen Best Western Hotels, klassisch amerikanisch. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das zwar in Ordnung, jedoch kein Vergleich zu europäischen Frühstücksbuffets.
