The girl at the front desk explain that they had a power outage a few days ago. When we entered the room, it was dark, it smell, the bathtub was dirty and the humidity level was way to high to feel comfortable. We went back at the front desk to ask for a refund (we had a two day stay booked) and they refused. We have a small child with asthma, it was a security and health issue. They never wanted to refund us. Extremly disappointed.
