The person who was supposed to be taking care of it is sitting on a countertop in a separate room on her phone and hasn't moved for over 45 minutes. The person behind the check-in desk has been loudly on personal phone calls for at least the same amount of time. I know way more about her life than I should. Evening seamed professional.
