  Front desk was nice but the room was disgusting. The place smells old and dirty. Room had blood stains on the board and the sheets weren’t cleaned. Definitely won’t be booking here again.

  Air conditioner barely cooled the room, called maintenance and he did nothing to make it cooler. Found a hidden camera in the room- beware

  I had amazing experience with Lejah- She truly went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. My daughter has checked in a day before I arrived and to ensure we could be close to each other without missing our check-in time, Lejah Graciously offered us an early check-in and even found us a room near their. Thanks to her thoughtfulness efforts we were able to enjoy the fullest experience together . Their rooms were spotless and Lejah’s Kindness made her stay even more special. She’s such a sweetheart and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her. , She absolutely did- And I’m incredibly grateful for her hospitality. Thank you, Lejah For making our stay so memorable, you’re warmth and dedication truly made all the difference!

  This is a very cheap and clean stay and the room looks really nice and very clean but the halls smell like cigarettes. The staff was incredible and very friendly! the pool was very cold not heated and I’m not sure if that’s normal here as I’m traveling but this was an over all good stay location seems to be okay but the elevator is very old and definitely needs some updating done to make it safe

  My husband and I stayed at Best Western for 2 dys before our cruise. We were greeted by Tejah at the front desk who was very polite and professional. She went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She directed us to nearby stores to get water and drinks for our cruise. The room was clean , w quiet and just what we needed for a day stay before going on our cruise.The good part was Dennys is directly next open 24 hrs. I would highly recommend this Best Western especially for those going on a cruise leaving from Los Angeles.
