    We've stayed here twice. Love that dogs are welcome. The rooms are not bad... our tv remote didnt work and the sheets were pilled so they felt rough but the price isnt bad and its close to beach and local stores downtown. Id stay again.

    Made reservations over the phone for an ocean view room, drove 2 days, get there and check in, go to room and find that there are ZERO rooms with ocean view. Went back to front desk to tell them I asked for an ocean view room. Front desk lady laughed and said “we don’t have ocean view rooms”. I asked why did you tell me over the phone you had ocean view rooms? Again she laughed and this time said “well you didn’t talk to me I’m here every day and you never called” I asked them how did you make me a reservation if I never called?

    I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but today was absolutely insane. We checked in last night to pubic hair on the toilet and an open used bar of soap in the bathroom. The only other room available they offered was the one in the front next to the lobby. We sucked it up and just stayed in the room we checked into. The tv was not working (to be fair, they did come up and try to fix it at 10pm). The next morning, there was a leak up on the 3rd floor which flooded the ceiling to our room where water poured out of the light fixture for a good 30 minutes. My husband was in the shower and was nervous because we were watching the light fixture flicker out from the water pouring out. We called the front desk and had the unfortunate encounter with the manager, Amber who seemed annoyed that she and only one other staff member was working that day. She offered another room for us to get ready in, but we wanted to leave (had a two night stay reserved and paid for). We went to check out only to be met with “this is a misunderstanding” and the fee would be waived. I asked why were we not notified of the water leak before using the shower. She said that they were dealing with an “emergency”. I informed her that a 30 second phone call or knock on the door to let us know there was a flood above us could’ve prevented this situation. I asked what would’ve happened if my husband was electrocuted? She said I could call 911. I will admit that her blazé attitude and annoyance with everything riled me up. We were asked to leave and she was calling the cops after I raised my voice. The safety and wellbeing of your guest should be top priority. Absolutely trash attitude from the “manager” that after a few minutes, I matched. We have the leak on video while my husband was in the shower. Didn’t hear from anyone until 20 minutes after my husband finished his shower and realized the light fixture was leaking. Sucks because the hotel had a great location and we had plans to stay another night and enjoy the amenities offered. NEVER AGAIN.

    Virk Properties LLC are doing a great job keeping the property in great shape and providing a great experience to their guests. The staff was welcoming and provided great services. Nice location for walk along the Main Street or to the beach.

    This place is (almost) a typical BW. Clean, convenient and centrally located. However... The aircon in my room didn't even work at all. I didn't even have time to complain. To bed at 1030 and up at 4 for a tuna charter. Even if i had complained, there was no vacancy. What good it would've done is questionable at best. I would definitely recommend you MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS in your room before retiring for the night. It was over 73f in my room and i can't really tolerate over 68 when trying to sleep. This was a MISERABLE EXPERIENCE for me. I would recommend you find other accommodations based on my experience
