- HBHeather BrowningSep 16, 20252.0Currently waiting on a return call or email from the general manager....stayed at this location twice in the last 2 months ....have contacted hotel 3xs.... with no answer to why my security deposit has not been returned in it's been over 2 weeks since my stay there ...every employee I speak to states they can't get into that part of my portfolio only the GM can ...I also filled out a survey they sent to me 4 days after my stay praising their service and the employees were great.... received a thank u for completing the survey from Carolyn (GM) ....but can't get a answer regarding deposit....kinda frustrating and disappointing at the same time ....due to me having family in the area ....and kinda like this no frills clean environment hotel :(

- SMSara MorelockAug 31, 20255.0Don't let the broken sign foil you. This place is clean and friendly. It's also the only hotel in the area near Marshall Stadium that we could get a room but we were pleasantly surprised when we got here. Nice breakfast too!
