The GM gentleman Ceto Desal was gracious enough to happily and quickly get me checked in when other hotels in the area could or would not. Always enjoy Best Western hotels, room is nice, King bed very comfy and refrigerator and microwave to handle my carry in food and drinks. Hot showers, breakfast served at 6 sharp, and Mr Desai was still up and at em preparing the food and refreshments for us this morning. If I am ever passing through Llano Texas again, I will absolutely return simply because Ceto's kind demeanor and professionalism. I appreciate it sir and BWHotels. Semper Fidelis 🇺🇸 ✊ 🇺🇸
