There was no hot water at all. Room was clean and comfortable but will never stay here again. Also there was sushi left in the fridge from previous people. Disgusting.

- AFA FawcettSep 19, 20254.0Front desk staff are attentive and welcoming. Loved the fact the coffee pot was kept full. My room was quiet and dark. Good temperature because I was on the bottom floor. Pool area was quiet with cooler weather (September 19 degrees). Still lovely to sit out in afternoon. Gym was hot with morning sun and had the place to myself. The equipment adequate and working well. (Advised staff cleaning solutions were absent.) Room was decent. I liked not having carpet. The bathroom imperfect but everything functioned. There is a river walk a few blocks away.

I didn't sleep at all as the people in the room next to mine, started talking at 11:30 p.m. and didn't stop until 8:00 a.m. Calling the front desk often piss people off worse and could backfire. I would of been calling all night. On top of that the cleanliness is not the best. There was hair from the previous person that stayed there on my bathroom floor. My mirror was dirty and the backboards to the beds we're marked up with handprints and body grease. Reading previous comments from a couple weeks ago, I seen online that there was going to be a hot breakfast and when I got here I was told because it was a holiday they didn't have staff to accommodate so it was going to be a cold breakfast. Seems to be a pattern. Please don't respond to this saying come back so we can give you proper service. It's not going to happen.
