  Arrived to this location up for 3 1/2 hour drive, went to the first room found it dirty, toilet, not cleaned. Clock between the bed and the nightstand. Desk look like somebody ate dinner on it. Requested to move to another room. Walked into the other room, had an odor, as well as Black mold in the shower and on the bottom of the tub. +2 roaches curried along the floor. Needless to say, I ended up getting another hotel in another town close by, and the front office staff was apologetic. However, one was dressed in a T-shirt and athletic shorts. None of them were dressed professionally.

  Beds was pretty comfortable . The A/C didn't work right. The handle to get in shower was on the wrong side I think, no one wants to get in and automatically get hit with water. I was worried id slip. The breakfast was are they still putting things out or what ? That's how I felt and by looking at other ppl I think that's what they thought to. No juice at all, no eggs or bacon, sausage only biscuits and gravy, , I wasn't even sure if the coffee machine works. A machine for pancakes but didn't work, waffle machine works, no muffins, no toast yet there was a toaster, a oatmeal thing that kept it warm yet no oatmeal, barley cereal, some looked like it use to have some in it . At first I was impressed with it because of the room and the bathroom until this morning when I went down for breakfast if ya call it that.

  My family and i LOVED this place. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and so kind to my children. Anything we needed they were more than happy to help. My kid was chilly, they got him a blanket and turned the air down. We needed extra stuff, they didn't hesitate to go to the back and get it. Lots of places may roll their eyes or huff and puff and drag their knuckles but not this place. They made us feel like family. My kids didn't want to leave.

  This is a great place to stay. Very clean. Staff very friendly, especially Jamie in Housekeeping.

  I like to stay at Best Western Hotels whenever I can. I know that they are going to be neat and clean, I know that they are not going to be a cookie cutter type Hotel just like the last one, and I know that I am going to get a good night's rest. This place is neat and clean, and the amenities are very good. I think you'll like staying here.
