  First of all, we were trying to unload all of our things under the cover at the door of the hotel when a person wedged their large truck in beside us to drop off and pick up some tvs. He said for us to take our time but made it super difficult to maneuver. We ended up moving to keep from our vehicle being damaged. The rooms were clean but the whole place smelled like Indian spices which we do not like. The staff were all friendly and offered suggestions to places to eat and ride our bikes.

  The worst experience ever! Booked through Expedia, checked the box that I wanted to pay upon arrival at the room because I wanted to make sure it was a good location and the room was clean. I noticed that the hotel still charged my card, and contacted Expedia for a refund, who contacted the hotel manager and was advised that the hotel wouldn’t refund me even though the cancellation was well over two weeks in advance!. If this is the way they treat online bookings, I’m certainly glad I got the insurance. I will never stay at a Best Western after this!!!

  Like the place but as soon as we got there the room had garbage on the carpet and I only stay two day and got charge for 3days but other then that the rooms where good breakfast was good and it's quite.
