  A couple or a few times a year I attend electrical training put on by Platt. The space is always clean, set up well, and a seamless throughout the days of training. I’d like to commend the lady who has been working with Platt for many years to make this happen. She’s a keeper.

  We stayed in this hotel while visiting our son at JBLM. The room was lovely, the staff was extremely helpful on every level - even texting us on our flight and accommodating an early arrival. The included breakfast was fantastic. We only expected perhaps packaged cereals and beverages but instead we were pleasantly surprised by hot entrees and coffee served 24 hours a day. We will definitely be staying here again!

  This hotel and staff are amazing! Ms Diana helped us with numerous items. Our daughter married on our last trip and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thomas was extremely helpful as well. Our daughter and her new husband were upgraded to the executive suite and it was amazing. All of the staff go above and beyond. The facility is very pretty. We have stayed in this hotel twice, both times for a full week. The food is always delicious and well presented. We always stay best western and liberty is One of the reasons why.

  Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and our room was great! Took my family of 6 for a quick getaway and loved it here.

  I got a King Room (not King Suite). Bed was clean, included a microwave, the fridge was cold. The shower was hot. There was a stacked vending machine and working ice machine in the hallway. Housekeeping came by on a daily. Breakfast isn't exactly gourmet, but it is good with a variety of options (though variety doesn't extend to the main hot food options) The location is excellent. Being right beside base, most of the people around are law-abiding so you feel SAFE walking around. Base-access is quick. However, for the hotel itself, the wifi was some of the WORST I have ever dealt with from a hotel. I don't know why the wifi isn't password protected and for residents only. In every instance where it ISN'T, the wifi is horrendous, and this hotel is no exception. It disconnected often and auto-reconnect did not work. It was also slow to all hell, if not actively throttled. Wifi is something I hold in high regard for a hotel, so when it's bad, it can borderline ruin the entire experience. If any hotel near it has better wifi, it guarantees that I won't be returning here
