  I just had the privilege of speaking to Jessica an employee who helped me with reservation inquiry over the phone. I had to ACKNOWLEDGE her OUTSTANDING, HELPFUL, AND Knowledgeable customer service .Please acknowledge Jessica Best Western, because without excellent service, there's NO business. She deserves recognition for her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Because of her ,I will definitely stay here in the future, if our plans allow..

  This hotel was decent and clean, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable enough, and the pillows were nice. My biggest complaint was that the door didn’t seal properly, which let in a lot of light from the hallway and made it hard to sleep since I prefer a darker room. On the plus side, the room was fairly quiet. The blow dryer didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal but was a little inconvenient. We left before breakfast or coffee was available, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it was a decent stop for the night.

  After 12 hrs of driving… this Inn accommodated every single one of our needs. The beds are very comfortable. I loved their pillows. The rooms are clean and spacious. Indoor Pool and hot tub available. Breakfast was delicious. Great food selection. Quiet rooms. Demario at check in was helpful and Frances in the breakfast room was very nice and welcoming. There are NO elevators though. It wasn’t a problem for us but I can definitely foresee it as an inconvenience for other guests. Good location. Some gas stations and other restaurants nearby. Location feels safe. We would definitely stay here again!

  As a truck driver facing a breakdown emergency, I was delighted that they offered a discount for CDL holders (no deposit). I checked in around 1 am, and the staff accommodated me with a late check out (2 pm) at no extra charge. I could get my laundry done and make travel arrangements with plenty of time. Sizable bathroom with a hot shower and powerful water pressure. It was a difficult night, but I felt refreshed, clean, and restored as the bed/pillows were so comfortable. As a new customer, BW has earned my business. The breakfast was overwhelmingly successful with so many tasty options to fit any diet/ preference (you’ve got to try the muffins). The only problem I had was the guests, a couple, who didn’t wash their hands before helping themselves to breakfast. Once I saw a lady put her hands in her pockets and on her hips and continued to touch and grab things, I was instantly turned off. I’m glad I had already gotten my fix before they helped themselves. There should be a sign encouraging guests to wash their hands and be courteous to others, as they are not the only ones who will be eating.
