- LLLiz3 days ago1.0Beware make sure their property does not go missing within their own housekeeping or because they can’t find something, because they will charge you without notifying you or asking questions. Alma Lopez the useless manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. She is quick to charge and then turns around and says they can’t refund you for their incompetence. Maybe pay attention to your staff and what they do while on shift .
- VLValérie LentOct 24, 20254.0The rooms are dated, the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the shower was missing the top attachment so you had to hold the shower head, but the room was clean, the shower water was hot, the heating was functioning. The receptionists, both the evening and the morning one, were super nice. No fresh fruit at breakfast Aliexpress my own. Our room happened to be on the ground floor right next to the ice machine so we were woke up before 5:00 a.m. by people fillling their coolers. Avoid that room.
