    Everything was okay, but the towels were dirty, the sheets were very unsanitary and I can see some stains (blood). However great place and you can park in front of your room.

    Unsafe, Discriminatory & Hostile Retaliatory Behavior – Now Under State Review. Severe mismanagement, racial harassment, and safety hazards define Best Western Lakewood. After I filed a complaint detailing egregious behavior, bed bugs, untrained staff, and $2,500 in unauthorized charges, management ordered me to leave - and my car tires were slashed that same day. Police report #2529301098 has been filed with Lakewood Police Department, and a formal complaint submitted to the Washington State Attorney General. Corporate has remained completely unresponsive. This property endangers guests and violates every standard of safety, professionalism, and human decency. Proceed with extreme caution.

    This motel was worst motel could ever imagine staying in. One staff in particular was downright rude and unprofessional named Emily. Kept telling us. Internet temporarily down then another staff said they were looking for different internet company . No one knew anything. On top of that Emily told friend to buy hotspot . Um why should buy hotspot when paid money to stay at hotel that supposed to have internet. 6 out of 28 days was there we had internet. Then we had huge spider in room, same unprofessional staff Emily told us get the spider out ourselves. One day then breakfast that was suppose be ready at 6 am we went in at 7;30 am and nothing was even ready . Took them to almost 8 am to finally get food out . This motel violated ada law in assistance person with disability. They would give a person who was in wheelchair access to handicap room but someone who deaf who need access to interpreter relay services were told to buy our own hotspot. Even when hotel should be 100% responsible for accessibility. I’m hoping with all issues we had. They give us. Refund that is fair . Motel room wasn’t even cleaned. To expectation blood or something was on inside the lamp, phone in room wasn’t even plugged in to even call front desk. We had go front desk to get what needed for room tp, towel , etc. housekeeping was like every days even if put tag on door. Room wasn’t. Fixed up . Expected room and all service be available and cleanliness for amount costed to stay there.
