- ANAlexeia NelsonOct 19, 20251.0Absolutely Disgusting Stay This hotel was filthy. The furniture was stained and uncomfortable, and I counted eight roaches in our room. When I brought it up to the staff, they couldn’t have cared less. The place clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — spend your money somewhere that values cleanliness and basic hospitality.

- RRRenee ReedSep 26, 20251.0We stayed 1 night we had to change rooms 2 times because the first 2 rooms had bed bugs the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating .The next morning the elevator was out so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs they had no eta on the repairs so we just decided it would be best to find somewhere else will not return here we come up here every year we usually stay in Somerset but decided to stay in the charming town of Monticello this year we wont stay here again

- DJDennis JJul 27, 20255.0We stay here every time we go to Conley Bottom. Normally stay a few days. Never had any issues. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and plenty of parking. Always recommend staying here because it's very close to the lake, dining and places to shop.
