Even if you specifically pick the rooms made to have pets, you will have to pay an extra fee of 30 dollars for your pet on top of the price of the room, the representative let me know this a few days after my stay when I called to ask what the extra 30 dollar charge was. By the way my dog doesn't bark, made less of a mess than I did and we got in late went to bed, got up early and left. If this extra charge had been made apparent either when booking, when checking in and letting them know my pet was with me (in the room specifically noted to be for pets) or when checking out. Don't randomly charge me extra money and then act like im unreasonable for being surprised and confused. Also...if a room is advertised as made specifically for customers with pets then add the pet price IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM.

Great place to stay if you don’t want to stay downtown, quick 15-20 drive away. Next to 2 shopping centers with good food options & near a hospital. No issues with location. Hotel is attached to a chili’s so you have quick access. Rooms were nice & spacious - each has a balcony. Service was good & staff were friendly. TV channels were limited but we brought a Roku so we utilized that. The internet could be better but overall would stay there again.

I was disappointed with my experience compared to the $150 a night price. The lady at the front desk on the morning/afternoon shift was very nice. When we got to our room on the 4th floor, our key cards didn't work. She helped us to fix that, but another member in our group had to go to the desk 4 times. On the first night, the toilet clogged. I called the evening staff and was told to come down and get a plunger. We had to unclog the toilet ourselves. Also, the tub didn't drain well. Housekeeping is not done daily. You have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. On our 2nd night, we ran out of toilet paper. I went to the desk to get some. When I got off the elevator, the evening staff was mopping. She told me when I was finished at the desk, to use the stairs. Again, I was staying on the 4th floor. I also have bad knees and arthritis. When I asked for toilet paper, she seemed annoyed by my request. The room seemed to be fairly clean, except for a few stains on the carpet. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food, but not very pleasant breakfast staff. For the price I expected better customer service, so I will not stay here in the future.

Run! don't walk away from this place! I had another horrible customer service experience here. I was locked out of my room for 1 and 3/4 hours and the staff could not get me in . I had my hot dinner in my hand and a couple hours of work to do on the computer and the keys wouldn't work. FINALLY I was let in but couldn't go out and lock the door and another room was not made available to me. I was held hostage in the room with a bad lock. When checking out i asked for a comp for the inconvenience. Management gave me the song and dance about it not being policy, I was not happy with that. I was met in the parking lot by the manager and he told me that a 100% refund was going to be applied to the room. An hour later he called me and changed his mind to a 50% refund and some membership points. I STILL HAVET RECIEVED ANY REFUND OR POINTS 2 WEEKS LATER! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!
Location Location Location! That's the saving grace of this establishment, as it is within walking distance of a ton of stores & restaurants. The rooms are outdated and the so called "balconies " are a joke! At least the one that was assigned to me was. I did notice other rooms had decent balconies, but none had furniture, so all you could do was stand out there. The tv's were supposed to have casting capabilities and streaming apps, but neither worked.I even called the front desk and they told me it doesn't work. The WiFi also didn't work. I was traveling with my significant other, so once the wifi and streaming apps didn't work we turned on music and talked. We received a call stating that there was a noise complaint from another guest which disappointedme greatly. Why is their comfortability more important than mine? With that said the walls are VERY thin.
