The check in was very easy. The room was clean and towels well stocked. I would say it’s a bit pricey for staying just one night. We had to get a room with a king size bed because all the queen size bed rooms were no longer available and it cost 428.00 for one night.

The sink was broken/clogged. Neither the TV nor the refrigerator were plugged in when we arrived in the room. Front desk staff weren't very friendly, and charged the wrong card causing a huge headache having to reverse charges and call my bank. The receipt I received by email after checkout did not match the amount charged to my card. We checked in at 2:50pm, but we're charged $25 for an early check-in because it was before 3pm, even though we know someone else who checked in before us who was not be charged the early check-in fee. The one elevator is nowhere near the lobby - very inconvenient and cumbersome. Absolutely NOT worth the $489/night cost. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and staff friendly. However, the room rate is way overpriced. With taxes, a single night stay was $500. The room itself is comparable to a motel 8. I don't recommend paying extra for the "bay view" as it is a view of the parking lot and hotels across the street that overlook the water. Also, it is not pictured on the website but there are not individual balconies. They have two lawn chairs outside your room by your door to sit outside. The room itself was clean and I like that they do not have dingy carpet but the price point for what is it is way too high.
