  3 night stay. The sliding front door of the hotel was not operational. You had to slide the heavy doors open and close by hand. Not ADA friendly. A leak in the ceiling of the hallway on the first floor (photo) had a bucket on the floor to catch the dripping water. After settling into our first room, we found that the ceiling in our bathroom was also leaking badly. The floor was deep in water. We had to move to another room. That room was dry but had ceiling and wall repairs from previous leaks. The door frame was rusty. Moldy smell in the room too. We would never stay here again.

  Staff is good but the place is old musty and dirty smells bad bedding is gross had stains on them and looked like a smashed bed bug we immediately canceled our stay. Save your money they charged me $56 of the first night and I didn’t even stay and said the room was used! The room was already used before we even went in the room!

  Very neat hotel. The staff were all amazing. My room was cleaner than the room I was in at the Hilton. Best Western doesn't have bugs! They had an impressive breakfast set up. It is very loud though. Other than that this will be the only hotel chain I use in the future.

  Great customer service,wonderful atmosphere. The updates are nice and the rooms are clean.
