  Why offer pool side rooms if your are not going to allow food and drink in the pool area? Had my daughter's bday party there. Had two pool side rooms. The girls had to eat and drink in the rooms.

  This had to be the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. The rooms were outdated, dirty, stains on the carpet, there was poop all over the outside of the toilet, not sure the bathroom floor had ever been mopped. Thin walls you could EVERYTHING. The 4am wake up because the room next to us alarm was so loud was the icing on the cake. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the hallways were disgusting. Not sure they know what a vacuum is. I would NOT recommend staying here. Also most of the gym equipment was broken so you couldn’t workout.

  I have traveled for business for over 30 years. Needless to say I have had some bad rooms. Once, in Manhattan, I had to pay by the hour. This wasn't the worst room ever but it was the worst Best Western I've ever deen in. The room was filthy! I was concerned about leaving with bed dugs or fleas. I will never stay there again. Breakfast was horrendous.

  We booked a room here for 3 nights and upon entering the room the smell of pool chlorine was so bad it burnt my eyes. Talked to the front desk lady to see if they had any rooms not attached to the pool area. They did not have any other rooms available. We ended up canceling our 3 night stay and moved to another hotel across town.
