When i felt him on my legs, many words where exchanged and covers may have been thrown. Needless to say, no alarm, no coffee was necessary. Wide awake. Thanks Best Western 🤣🪳
- OSOlga SpellacyAug 18, 20251.0I am writing specifically about the ACCESSIBLE room #326. Whoever designed this room had no idea of the needs for operating an ADA equipment. It is nearly impossible to drive it through one narrow corridor, then turn it into another one as narrow. Also, there is no space to turn around n the room for exit. My disabled veteran husband struggled immensely for over 30 minutes just to exit the darn room! Shame on Best Western for not providing decent accomodations for people with physical disabilities!!!
- BDBob DavenportAug 11, 20254.0We were initially in a room with a very strong ' skunk' type of smell. Even after airing it out during an early dinner we could not stay in the room. The staff were very helpful and we were able to move to another room that was much better. Not sure if it was some strong cleaning product or somebody smoked something stinky in the first room.
