  Sue and Dennis were great. Ending breakfast at 9am on a weekend is a bit early and our TV didn't work. The beds weren't comfortable but the room was clean

  We came for a girls staycation. For the most part it was decent. However, the hot tub needs better jets. I also ended up leaving with Bed Bug bites all over me. So check your beds! We stayed in room.212 and they need to burn the mattress. I have tried calling multiple times to inform them but keep getting placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. The rooms look clean, but make sure you are double checking. We are usually pretty Good about that but forgot. Service was do it yourself. If you wanted an extra blanket or a pillow, go get it yourself. Breakfast was very cold, and they ran out of stuff. We went down at 730 and they had already ran out of bacon. Even though they say full breakfast from 6 - 9. Other then those 2 important things it is fine. I'm just stuck itching all over for the next week or so. 🤦‍♀️ I wish I could post pictures.

  The hotel has made some improvements since our last stay a couple of years ago. The front desk was vacant quite a bit, but honestly, the whole industry seems short staffed these days. The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived & had a little too much air fresher smell. The breakfast was ok, and everything was clean.
