  You get what you pay for, unfortunately, I know regret donating rewards points. I had to troubleshoot the TV connection only to deduce that the issue is probably with the service provider. Three different key cards did not work on the front door, suspect an issue with door lock, the night manager (Danny) was able to open it with master keyboard.

  They told me I had a cat in my room!! Whoever called me said she saw it in the window! What a Crock 😡 I would avoid this place if possible!

  This property is tragic. I stayed here in January, 2025. They told me back then that they were under renovation. I checked back with them when making reservations for October, 2025 and was told the reno would be completed by then. I arrived to find the place in shambles. Most rooms are not finished and the ones that are have very hit and miss quality. Moreover, the exterior is a freaking mess. I just did a walk around the property in the past half hour (6pm local time) to find random room doors open, lights on, trash and supplies all over the parking lot, broken tile, super glue and construction supplies scattered....everywhere. Starting to make sense why they (1) were downgraded to a SureStay, and (2) if you search BW affiliated properties in this area, they do not appear. I have to walk clear from my room up near the front office (which much of the time is unattended) to even get wifi to work. Breakfast is terrible. Chunky ground-laden coffee grounds belch pre-made coffee into a cup and splash all over. No hot food except godawful pre-made gravy with cold biscuits, or self serve waffles. No eggs. No meat. Mainly all just carbs and sugar. BW should NOT be affiliated with this location until they get their remodel complete. Oh and side note - my bathtub in my room was "refinished" with what looks like drywall texture. NEVER again. Stay elsewhere!

  Showed up after 10pm and the front deskman was asleep on the couch and my wife and struggled to wake him up so we could check in. There was a problem with our reservation that we booked through a second party and after 30 min of trying to get it to work he just cancelled our reservations. The booking company tried to call him as we sat in our car and he sat on the couch playing on his phone and refused to answer the phone as we watched. I wish I could leave less than one star.
