Excellent Family Stay! We stayed for two days as a family of six and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and clean, with two beds plus two bunk beds—perfect for families with kids. The hotel also offered a free breakfast that was really good! There were eggs, sausages, waffles, bread and butter, coffee, and juice—a great way to start the morning. The location was perfect, close to SeaWorld, shopping centers, and other nearby attractions. Everything was easy to get to, and the area felt safe and family-friendly. The staff was efficient and friendly, and we really appreciated how kid-friendly and family-oriented the entire place was. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Check in was at 4pm they told me as I arrived at 3:30pm to see if my room was possibly avaliable I understood and left came back at almost 5pm they gave me my room key and as I enter the room I place my bag down and notice my room wasn't even cleaned yet no issue the señora offered to clean my room as I was about to inform the office she was very polite and did a fast and great job getting my room ready she was very friendly and needs a promotion. The room was the issue its too close to the freeway and you hear the traffic all night take some ear plugs I couldn't even sleep I was ready to leave at 4am but I still was hoping for some sleep the traffic started shortly after so I couldn't sleep at all. Drove back home with mabye an hour of sleep because the noise from the freeway if they give you a room in the high 400s-300s take ear plugs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The PERFECT San Diego Family Stay! Forget the low reviews! Wow! My family and I just wrapped up a wonderful three-day stay at the Best Western Inn & Suites San Diego – Zoo/SeaWorld Area, and it was exactly what we needed after a tough few weeks. My wife is a doctor with a really demanding job, and we were also dealing with burst pipes and plumbing issues back at our house, so this short getaway was a lifesaver. I honestly don't know what the one- and two-star reviews are talking about—this hotel was fantastic! It felt both cheap and luxurious at the same time. The first thing we noticed was how huge our room was! It looked recently renovated and incredibly nice. The best part? The kids, Mike and Daniel, finally got their own space, thanks to the convenient and absolutely perfect bunk beds! They were thrilled and said it was the best sleep they’d ever had. My wife and I, meanwhile, loved the main bed; she said it was the first time she'd truly relaxed in months when she lay down. Plus, there were so many channels, I even got to catch my favorite show, Family Feud! Getting to SeaWorld was an absolute breeze. It was so easy getting from point A (the hotel) to point B (SeaWorld), making our trip seamless. We even picked up our SeaWorld passes the same day we checked in! The amenities here are great. The indoor parking lot made parking so easy and convenient. We also loved the pool—it was wonderfully warm and a huge hit after a long day of walking. And let’s talk about the breakfast! On a scale of 1 to 10, it was an 8/10. The eggs were nicely peppered, and the coffee was perfectly sweet—a great way to start the day. The location is amazing. The Fashion Valley Mall is incredibly close, and it was nice catching up with a friend who works at the mall right next to Hotel Circle. Mike and Daniel even got to socialize and play with her one child, which was a nice bonus! We had a great three-day stay and will absolutely be coming back here next year when we plan our next trip to SeaWorld! Highly, highly recommend! And also as a sidenote, I think this is one of the best best westerns I’ve ever came to especially how close and fancy world was with my two kids. I love this hotel with all my heart you’ll be seeing me next year. with me and my wife and kids as a happy family. Thanks, and I hope you see this review and are proud of yourselves for giving me one of the best days at the best best westerns I’ve ever stayed at good job. You deserve a 5 star metal!

The room we booked was supposed to be queen size beds they were full size. I asked the front desk about them and said they were queen size Hotel standard. I stayed at many a hotels these were definitely not queen size. My daughter's husband is 6'4 so between a full and queen size makes a big difference for him. The second thing was they have a free breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. The first night we went around 8:00 and there was only waffles left no better no milk. The second day we got up at 6:00 a.m. and was able to get breakfast. However if they are going to say breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00 they should definitely have more than just waffles. There are so many kids running around. The hotel was definitely not quiet as it says. We were on the third floor right below the 4th floor breakfast room. Starting at 6:00 a.m. we heard chairs being scooted along with sounding like carts going back and forth tables being moved. Our bathroom door didn't lock and I thought there was supposed to be a microwave and we did not have one. I'm a Best Western member and was highly disappointed and will not be back. This just wasn't the hotel for me or my family.

If you are a risk taker it's probably worth it to save some money and stay here (specially if you can sleep through all sorts of noise). If not, stay elsewhere. The beds are as hard as the floor, even my rib cage was sore from sleeping here. I don't think I've ever slept in a more uncomfortable bed. It's kids friendly in the way that people aren't watching their kids as they run around through the halls and breakfast area unaccompanied. Don't come here for the breakfast if you don't get up at 6:30am. It's free but it's mediocre. The first day we got up at 8:00 and they were already out of eggs, milk, butter, muffins, English muffins and white bread. They had undercooked potatoes, plain cereal and make your own waffles. The waffle area wasn't too bad minus all the little kids (under 10) using the waffle makers to make 15 waffles at one time. When we did get there the next day at 6:30am, they did have eggs but not nearly enough for the amount of guests they have here plus staying open until 10am. It's enough eggs for 10 people. The muffins were good at least. Coffee was ok. We booked 2 queens and they put us in a room with 2 full beds. I'm writing about the beds again because they were awful. We usually have no issues with Best Western hotels but this was the worst. It's loud here. You can hear every step everyone takes. Every step. And if you are one of the unlucky ones staying on floor 3 under the breakfast area all you here are chairs dragging and people walking all morning. There is a gap in the door too. Our bathroom door lock was broken but I'm not sure if they are supposed to lock. Overall, we hated our stay and we're glad to go home. Another note of the beds, we've stayed at dozens of hotels, these beds are not queens as advertised. They are fulls/doubles. If you are shorter this isn't an issue but my husband is 6'6" and needed a real queen.
