  We stay only for one night, service at the desk was average. The room had some cigarette smell.

  Stayed overnight on business. It was perfect. The room was immaculate and must have been renovated recently. Everything looked modern. Nice big TV, plenty of lighting and outlets. The AC unit worked and wasn't too loud. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet at night. I slept well. Wi-Fi in the room was 13.3 Mbps down, 5.69 Mbps up. Not great, but good enough for a video call. Wi-Fi in the breakfast area was better: 87.8 Mbps down, 145 Mbps up. Breakfast was about average for a Best Western: sausage, biscuits, scrambled eggs, waffles. Everything was hot and tasty. There was a nice-looking pool outside but I didn't have time to use it. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay here again.

  Wonderful experience. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient and quite location. I highly recommend it.

  They have roaches! In the process of moving my 3 children under 4 years old and my 7 year old into a new room because we keep seeing roaches in the current room. We literally saw one IMMEDIATELY when we got in the room but it was 6am and we had been on the road 7 hours and just wanted to get our kids in bed. I just called the front desk and she felt the need to keep repeating that they check the rooms everyday. JUST FILTHY AND DISGUSTING!! The last one we saw was just inches away from crawling onto my pillow from the nightstand. Update: spoke to management at check out and was told the room was inspected but “of course nothing was found” but felt the need to say she was told that there were crumbs on the floor……we had been there for not even a full day and have children ages 7,3,1 and 6 months. Not very realistic to not expect a tiny bit of crumbs or something of the sort especially when parents aren’t packing up their vacuums to come stay at a hotel. We are VERY clean people. Even worse the crumbs came from us rushing to get out of the room and into the replacement room. Regardless, we saw the FIRST roach within 3 minutes of being checked in. The last one was seen not even a full 24 hours later. They waived my early check in fee which was $35..and she made it sound like she shouldn’t even have to do that because we got a different room but said she would because I had to get all of my kids up and moved into a new room…..and I don’t believe for a second that they aren’t aware that there are roaches in there.
